Are you tired of fighting with your partner? I help couples share and understand the real root cause of issues, instead of looking for surface-level fixes that never last. If you are worn out from trying to find better ways of communicating, and running into dead ends, you're in the right place. Maybe you aren’t struggling in a relationship, but you don’t have motivation or excitement in life. You have tried pushing through hard days, but it doesn’t seem to be working and you want a new path forward. Whatever your road to arrive on my profile, I am so glad you did.

Treatment Approach
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: I come from a systems approach to couples, individual, and family therapy. I use EFT principles during sessions to understand the communication patterns that keep couples and families stuck.

I’m a marriage and family therapist with extensive training and experience in couples, individual, and family counseling. As a counselor, I look for patterns we all fall into within ourselves and relationships that lead to feeling stuck and disconnected from ourself and people we love. Then we find ways to express your needs in ways that others can receive.
I have watched couples follow the plan we create together to find closeness with a spouse they didn’t know was possible. I’ve seen people find peace and confidence when they were depressed and struggling. I’ve seen families connect like never before through facing difficult emotions, and I know you will experience similar results. I’m excited to meet you!
