I provide a warm, personable, focused, and judgment-free space to work through presenting problems and find effective solutions. Each client has different needs, so I will meet you where you are, metaphorically, to help you feel and function better. I have a large "tool kit" of cognitive and behavioral tools to pull from so that we can collaboratively determine an individualized approach to treatment based on what we determine works best for you. Most frequently, I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and stress related to life transitions.

Client Focus

Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Young Adult
Demographic Expertise: Women clients.

Treatment Approach

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
  • Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
Approach Description: The intake session is used to explore the big picture of your presenting concern and develop an initial treatment plan. From there, we will determine which evidence-based strategies may be a good fit for you. There is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and I am open to feedback to try different strategies if a given tool is not resonating with you, as I am the psychology expert but you are the expert on yourself.
