Therapy is more than just talking about what has happened to you. It is about understanding how your past experiences continue to shape the way you think, feel, and respond to the world around you. In our work together, we bring your everyday experiences into the therapy room, exploring how moments from your present may connect to patterns from your past. Through this process, we work to make sense of those connections, challenge patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop new ways of responding. My goal is not simply to help you cope with life's challenges, but to help you reconnect with yourself, rediscover your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Client Focus

Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Senior, Young Adult
Languages: English and Polish

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
Approach Description: I believe that therapy should be as unique as the person seeking it. No two individuals experience life's challenges in the same way, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your personal history, current challenges, strengths, and goals. Drawing from evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), I adapt our work to what you need at each stage of your journey. Together, we explore how your past experiences may influence your present-day thoughts, emotions, relationships, and responses. We use real-life experiences between sessions to make meaningful connections, develop practical skills, and create lasting change. Therapy is not about following a rigid formula or simply talking through problems. It is about finding what works for you, at a pace that supports both growth and healing.
