You may have landed here because something no longer fits—an old story, a relationship, a way of being. Perhaps you’re tired of coping alone, of hiding the parts of you that feel too much, too sensitive, too complicated. I work with individuals who long for depth, authenticity, and a different way of relating to themselves and the world.
I also work with professionals and executives who are navigating high levels of responsibility, internal pressure, or relational complexity, and who are seeking a deeper, more grounded way of being.
My practice is grounded in Jungian, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches. Together, we listen for the deeper patterns, the quiet truths, the body’s wisdom, and the symbols that want to emerge. This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about making space for what’s true. For what’s been silenced or buried. It’s about becoming more whole.
I am an Australia-based psychotherapist offering online sessions to clients both locally and internationally. I work with individuals seeking depth-oriented, trauma-informed psychotherapy in a reflective, non-crisis setting.
As I am registered in Australia, I do not provide emergency or crisis services. Clients are encouraged to have local support available if needed.
If you’re ready to explore at your own pace—with compassion, honesty, and curiosity—I’m here. This work is best suited to those who are ready for reflective, insight-oriented psychotherapy rather than short-term or crisis-based support.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, others, and the deeper parts of our psyche. I draw from Jungian and depth psychology, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed practices to support a process that is both reflective and embodied.
Together, we may work with:
Present-day challenges and emotional overwhelm
Early experiences and relational patterns
The body’s signals, symptoms, and sensations
Dreams, symbols, and unconscious material
Creative or spiritual questions of identity and meaning
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I support you to listen deeply to what your inner life is asking of you—to uncover what has been hidden, and to create space for self-trust, resilience, and transformation.
Sessions unfold at your pace, in a space of curiosity, safety, and respect.
