Treatment Approach
- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
Approach Description: I use an integrative or eclectic approach to counseling which is therapist speak for 'whatever works.' I believe relationships define who we are and that clients need to understand how they get along with others in order to be happy. I know that no one approach works for everyone.

Fees
- Average Session Fee Fees are $250-180 per session for most associates (sliding scale fees between $150-180 are possible in some cases; please contact for more information). Dr. Frank’s fee is $340 (with only occasional sliding fee slots). We can provide receipts for out of network insurance reimbursement.
- Accepts Insurance
- Insurance companies can reimburse you out of network since I am a licensed psychologist and certified addictions counselor. To find out how much they will pay check with them and I can provide receipts for you.

Dr Frank is open to sharing his personal thoughts and experiences as a way of helping others to more fully understand themselves. As a recovering alcoholic with 25 years of sobriety he remembers how hard it was to garner the motivation and courage and to begin to finally want to change a behavior. His honesty in sharing his personal experiences often help others to feel more comfortable in seeking help.
