- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
Approach Description: Each session of Hypnotherapy is completely unique--it has to be to meet the needs of each completely unique client! I approach each new client with an open and varied approach to the presenting concerns. There is no right or wrong with Hypnotherapy, only feedback!
