- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Combines low doses of ketamine with psychotherapy to treat depression, trauma, and anxiety. It can provide relief when other methods haven’t worked.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is collaborative and engaging. In the beginning, I'll ask questions like, "Why now?" and, "How will we know when we're done?" As we progress, we'll identify resources and safe places to make the process as comfortable and effective as possible. We'll identify patterns you want to change, and invite new ways of being through an integrative approach utilizing the intelligence of your body, heart and mind. Feeling lighter, stronger, more confident, content and secure are all outcomes my clients share with me. I hope the same for you!
