I mostly work with clients living and loving in unconventional ways (including artists, entrepreneurs, highly sensitive people & spiritual types) and work to cultivate a safe place for all people, most frequently working with clients in queer, ethically non-monogamous, & kinky relationships. Most of my clients are wanting to work on issues mostly unrelated to but within the context of these communities and lifestyles, and are tired of spending so much time explaining the context to therapists unfamiliar with their world. I also work with folks looking to explore these aspects of themselves for the first time.

Treatment Approach
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Gestalt Therapy Encourages awareness of thoughts, feelings, and actions in the present moment. It helps people integrate different parts of themselves for wholeness.
- Imago Relationship Therapy Helps couples understand how childhood experiences influence adult relationships. It teaches communication techniques to deepen connection.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: Together, we’ll get curious about what’s happening in your body, not just your mind—because healing happens when we feel safe enough to be present with our full experience. I’ll help you notice patterns, explore different ‘parts’ of yourself, and find grounded ways to move forward. That being said, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We’ll tailor our work to you—whether that means talking things through, using mindfulness to connect with your body, or trying creative, experiential exercises to get unstuck.
