Are you noticing tension in your relationships? Do you find that you and your partner(s) are in conflict often? Do you want to find pleasure and empowerment in your sex life? If so, relationship and/or sex therapy may be for you. There are a variety of strategies that talk therapy can provide to assist you in reaching your personal and relationship goals. I am a true believer that we all could benefit from having a space to discuss and process what is going on in our lives. I create a therapeutic space free from judgement that is safe and affirming of who you are. I approach the process of healing with curiosity to help you build self-awareness and make positive life changes. I specialize in relationship, dating, and intimacy work because of the awesome transformative potential created by human connections. I work with young adults, adults, couples, and all relationship styles. I am a LGBTQ+ and BIPOC ally. Folx of all racial and ethnic identities, gender identities, sexual orientations, levels of education, health and ability statuses, religious backgrounds, political beliefs, and citizenship statuses are welcome here. • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
