My name is Grace and as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10+yrs of experience in the mental health field, I provide Individual Therapy and Couples Counseling / Marriage Counseling in person and/or via zoom. My clients leave my sessions feeling empowered, in control, with better communication, deepening intimacy, and learning how to navigate the dynamics in their relationship. I work with couples, adult individuals and adolescents treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, life transitions, trauma, and communication issues. In addition, I teach Family and Couples Counseling Therapy at Pepperdine University to aspiring therapists. As a professor, I have the advantage of staying up to date with the most effective therapeutic techniques that help my clients surpass this critical stage in their life.
