I believe people are unique, complex, and deeply impacted by their early relationships and experiences. Therefore, I desire to connect and journey with people as they pursue healing and wholeness in their lives through processing their past and coming to understand how it shows up in the present. I believe that the therapeutic process is collaborative and relational, and thus, the most impactful part of therapy is the bond created between the client and myself. If you would like someone to come alongside you as you process through your relationships and experiences, I would be honored to help you.

Treatment Approach
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) A structured therapy that uses guided eye movements to help process traumatic memories. It is widely recognized for treating PTSD and trauma-related conditions.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: While I primarily work from a relational psychodynamic and attachment mindset, in order to honor the uniqueness of each client, I often employ other theories to meet specific needs. I utilize aspects of polyvagal theory, ACT, CBT and am currently being trained in EMDR. Drawing from various theoretical orientations allows me to support each client as they honor their journey by exploring the past and intentionally wrestling with and shaping the future.
