Treatment Approach
- Transpersonal Therapy Integrates spirituality and higher states of consciousness with psychology. It encourages growth beyond the individual self.
Approach Description: I work in 'double sessions' (110 minutes) for maximum depth and efficiency. The work is intense. A single double-session creates significant shifts. I do recommend regular sessions at first (one to two weeks apart) to get strong momentum going, thereafter sessions can be further apart.

Welcome to my practice. I love my work. What I do is best described as "Healing Hearts and Coaching Minds" on the basic premises of Spiritual Psychology. I combine grounded action oriented pragmatism with the depth of spiritual psychology principles. Each process is individually tailored to my clients needs and might also involve one or more of the following modalities: Hypnotherapy, Nutritional Supplementation, EFT ( Meridian Tapping), Bach Flower Remedies, Voice Analysis and Chacra Work. One-on-one work happens in a series of weekly sessions of 110 minutes each for maximum efficiency. A preliminary free intro session can help us set up a plan that works for you. I work on skype world wide. I also conduct support groups and themed workshops.
