- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
Approach Description: My approach is a collaborative effort. In a safe and open environment I strive to focus on both the present and past patterns in your life. I notice defense mechanisms and how they were meant to protect you, but might now be failing you.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washington University for my BA and from CSPP with a doctorate in psychology. I work very hard to provide a safe place where we can delve into understanding your life in a setting without judgment. I believe in cultivating empathy as the main vehicle to understanding our selves better. Through our work together we can endeavor to make changes to bring about more happiness and fulfillment.
I have done extensive work with "tweens", teens, adults and couples. I was fortunate enough to train at some of the finest internships and have been in practice for 15 years now.
