As a trauma therapist certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I help women work through the deeper patterns underneath anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and past experiences that still feel present. Treatment Approach
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) A trauma-focused therapy that uses eye movements and imagery to help the brain reframe distressing memories. It often leads to quicker relief from symptoms compared to traditional talk therapy.
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and our work together will be tailored to you.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on creating a space where you feel safe enough to be honest about what’s really going on. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of your experiences and begin to gently work through what’s been holding you back.
When it feels right, I incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a body-based approach that helps your nervous system process trauma without having to talk through every detail. I also draw from other supportive approaches to help you better understand your emotions, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
At the core of this work is something simple but powerful: a safe, consistent relationship where you can feel seen, supported, and understood.
From there, real change begins to happen. Things start to feel calmer. More steady. And a little easier to move through.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel safe enough to do deeper work.
Many of the women I work with are thoughtful and self-aware. They’ve worked hard to build lives they care about, but something still feels unsettled underneath it all. You might be navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that don’t seem to change no matter how much you understand them.
In our work together, we won’t just focus on managing symptoms. We’ll focus on helping your nervous system process what it’s been holding so those patterns can begin to shift in a more natural, lasting way.
I use a trauma-informed approach and often incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a body-based, eye movement therapy that allows you to process experiences without having to talk through every detail. I also draw from other supportive approaches to help you better understand your emotions and build self-trust along the way.
Over time, many clients notice they’re not reacting the same way. Things feel calmer. More steady. And life begins to feel easier to move through.
