- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.

- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Sandplay Therapy Uses sand trays and miniature figures to allow symbolic expression. It is especially helpful for children and trauma survivors.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: Somatic Psychotherapy is a holistic approach that includes the resource of the body when addressing emotional strife. The body is where we store & process our lived experiences & where we can learn to access our inner wisdom and capacity for healing.

I help Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Couples move towards greater self-acceptance, connection and wholeness through client-centered, resource focused psychotherapy. I tailor my treatment approach to the individual needs of each client using tools from Somatics (body-centered practices), Mindfulness, Expressive Arts, Sandtray, Psychodynamic and Attachment focused models. My practice welcomes all expressions of lifestyle including LGBTQQI communities.
At times we all feel overwhelmed, exhausted, emotional, and defeated. These are the times when we may need some extra support to get back into balance. I focus on building internal and external resources to support you on your journey towards health, happiness and wholeness. Do you want to be able to be kinder to yourself? Do you find yourself lashing out at the people you love the most? By reflecting on our relationship with ourselves we can create choice in how we relate to others. I can help you develop compassion and acceptance for your self and learn to be your own friend and advocate rather than your own worst enemy.
