Sarayu Meraki (She/Her)
Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC, NARM Master Therapist
In-Person in Cedarburg, WI 53012
I work with late-identified Autistic and AuDHD women who are untangling the cost of masking, anxiety, trauma, and losing themselves in relationships.
You are most likely perceptive, emotionally complex, and highly practiced at adapting. On the outside, you might look capable, responsible, insightful, or “fine.” Inside, you may be carrying self-pressure, shame, exhaustion, relational fear, or the ache of not quite knowing where you went.
Therapy with me is slow, spacious, relational, and deeply curious. I’m not here to hand you a script for becoming anything. I’m here to help you understand the patterns that helped you survive, reconnect with your agency, and build a more trusting relationship with yourself.
Living inside the mask does not mean you are broken. It means you adapted. And the parts of you that helped you survive can also travel with you as you unmask.

Treatment Approach
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.
- Neuropsychology Examines how brain function affects thinking, memory, and behavior. It often involves assessment and rehabilitation strategies.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Relational Psychotherapy Emphasizes the healing power of the therapist-client relationship. It uses trust and safety as a foundation for change.
Approach Description: Therapy with me is not about quick fixes, advice, or becoming a more acceptable version of yourself. It is slower, more relational, and more honest than that.
Together, we listen beneath the surface of the story: the patterns that repeat, the emotions that had to go underground, the parts of you that learned to disappear, and the ways your nervous system has worked hard to protect you.
This work is about reconnecting with agency, desire, and aliveness — including the autistic or AuDHD self you may have spent years masking or misunderstanding.
I draw from depth-oriented and holistic therapy approaches, but theory is not the center of the room. You are.

My practice is shaped by NARM, depth-oriented relational therapy, Jungian analysis, recovery spaces, the Medicine Wheel, and lived experience with healing, masking, rupture, and self-return.
I work with women who are making sense of a lifetime spent translating, camouflaging, enduring, and trying not to be “too much” — while often feeling like not enough.
Autism recognition can bring both relief and grief. There may be relief in finally understanding your nervous system, and grief for how much you had to carry without that understanding.
Therapy can offer a place to slow down and listen differently. Together, we get curious about the ways you learned to leave yourself in order to stay connected, acceptable, or safe.
Healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about reclaiming the self-trust that was never supposed to be taken from you.
