Psychology is a science. Through years of scientific research, psychology has developed great natural techniques to help your child or teenager cope with anxiety and frustration. As a child and adolescent psychologist I will teach your child key factors that will help them succeed. My cognitive behavior therapy is specifically designed to help your child or teen identify thoughts and behaviors important for healing. If you have any concerns about your child and teen bring them in for an intake. During the intake we will work together and discuss whether the behaviors are developmentally appropriate or need treatment. My practice is private and confidential.
