I work with a diverse range of individual adults throughout Massachusetts, including those in relationships of all configurations, college students, those grieving pet loss, and technical professionals, drawing on my own background as a software engineer. I also maintain a focus on clients who are on the autism spectrum, including neurodivergent adults and relationships where one or more partners identify as being on the spectrum.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: My approach is primarily psychodynamic, while also drawing from mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral strategies when helpful. I have a strong interest in the research behind positive psychology, the neurobiology of connection, adaptive solitude, therapeutic journaling, meditation, and the impact of nutrition and physical activity on mood and overall mental health. I look forward to meeting you!

I begin from a strengths-based perspective. I believe individuals and those in relationships can make meaningful changes by exploring the origins of current challenges, recognizing how past coping strategies may have been adaptive, and discovering new ways of living that align with who they are today. I aim to offer a supportive, trusting space where clients can move toward growth, clarity, and the life they most want to create.
Fees: Payments can be made via Venmo or PayPal. For self-pay clients, the initial individual session is $255, with ongoing individual sessions at $175. For couples or relationship work, self-pay sessions are $225. Insurance will be covered at the insurer’s contracted rates.
