Do you feel stuck in the same painful cycle—arguing, shutting down, or clinging tighter, only to end up more disconnected? You may lie awake replaying conversations, wondering if you’re “too much” or “not enough,” or fearing a relationship won’t last. Even when you care deeply, old wounds and attachment injuries can quietly erode closeness. What you long for is safety, trust & the feeling of being understood, accepted & loved.

Client Focus

Session Format: Couple, Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Senior, Young Adult

Treatment Approach

  • Brainspotting A therapy that uses eye positions to access and process unresolved trauma. It helps release emotional and physical pain held in the body.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
  • Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
  • Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: In sessions, we'll uncover your "Cycle of Protection" and the unmet needs & attachment wounds driving it. You'll understand your attachment style, heal old wounds & clarify what you need in relationships. You'll gain tools for communication & boundaries, while creating space for forgiveness, intention & trust, so you can step into secure attachment and lasting love.
