You may feel like you’re always pushing just to stay afloat—managing school, work, or relationships while carrying the weight of burnout, anxiety, or self-doubt. Maybe masking your neurodivergence has left you exhausted, or executive function challenges keep you stuck and overwhelmed. My role as a therapist is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can let go of “just try harder,” explore who you are beneath the pressure, and find new ways to move forward with confidence and authenticity.

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
Approach Description: I want therapy to feel like a place where you can finally breathe—a space where you don’t have to mask or try to fit into someone else’s expectations. My style is warm, collaborative, and neuroaffirming, which means I focus on understanding and supporting the unique ways your brain and body work. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, uncover what’s getting in the way, and build practical tools that fit your life. I draw from ACT, DBT, play and art therapy, and mindfulness to keep our work flexible, creative, and tailored to you. For families, I also offer parent coaching and collaborate with schools so the support continues beyond our sessions.
