My therapeutic toolkit includes strength-based methods, including CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, solution-focused, family therapy and trauma-informed techniques. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University, complemented by Master's in Urban Affairs from Queens College.
