Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychodrama A group therapy that uses role-play and dramatization to process emotions. It helps clients gain perspective and release tension.
Approach Description: With a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of connecting with and supporting a wide spectrum of individuals. My journey has allowed me to develop a deep understanding and specialization in helping young men, particularly from affluent backgrounds, overcome emotional, social, and what's often termed as "failure to launch" challenges. For women ranging from their 20s to their 80s looking for a male therapist, I provide a nurturing and empathetic environment to foster healing and discovery.
