Allie Scott Counseling Practice Description
Life is not always easy, but sometimes things seem more dismal and difficult than usual. I help adults who are feeling dissatisfied, sad, disconnected, lonely, anxious, afraid, angry, or hurt to find relief from these symptoms. I have extensive training and experience with clients who have had traumatic experiences such as sexual trauma, childhood abandonment or violence, or devastating loss. I am EMDR trained and have several additional tools to address both day-to-day troubles and overwhelming traumatic experiences. My goal is to empower and equip clients to live the most fulfilling and satisfying life possible.
