Approach Description: You can expect an open approach that encourages self-expression and self-exploration, and allows you to take the lead. I see therapy as having three main stages: in the first stage, you will share your concerns, your personal history, and develop a therapeutic relationship which develops over time. You will do most of the talking as I get to know you thoroughly and see how I can best help. In the second stage is a working stage where most of the change occurs. The last stage entails consolidation and reinforcement of the therapeutic work.
