My journey into psychotherapy began with a deep passion for helping others achieve wellness, initially through my career as a dietitian. Working closely with clients to improve their physical health, I quickly realized the profound connection between mind and body. Understanding how nutrition impacts mental well-being allowed me to appreciate the holistic nature of health. This insight inspired me to expand my expertise and become a psychotherapist. My background in dietetics enhances my therapeutic practice, enabling me to address both the psychological and physiological aspects of my clients’ challenges. This integrated approach is especially beneficial for healing from trauma and chronic pain, allowing me to provide more comprehensive and effective care, and supporting clients on their path to overall wellness.

- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Brainspotting A therapy that uses eye positions to access and process unresolved trauma. It helps release emotional and physical pain held in the body.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.

I provide online therapy. I use many different techniques, which I am able to combine to meet each individuals needs in a very unique way. These techniques go beyond talk therapy and include EMDR, Brainspotting, DBR, Pain Reprocessing Therap, Healing wounded parts, CBT, EFFT, DBT and EMDR. Years of experience have shown that it really works.
