As a Boston University Counseling graduate with a specialization in Sport Psychology, I work with clients committed to both well-being and performance optimization. My extensive training in Brainspotting for trauma, CBT, DBT, and Polyvagal Theory gives me integrated, evidence-based tools to address performance, trauma, addiction, mood, and anxiety concerns. In our therapeutic work, we will develop an authentic relationship that balances challenges and support as we establish a collaborative partnership tailored to your goals and needs.
