On the outside you're confident and put together, but on the inside, you're anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted. You know you have a "good life", so you're confused why you're still anxious and depressed. You're tired of stress and want to find a way to feel content. I help clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues, and LGBTQ+ to reconnect with themselves and feel whole. Learn more on my website: https://www.inspiredlightcounseling.com

Treatment Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
Approach Description: My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and guided by a holistic understanding of mind, body, and energy. IFS helps us explore your inner world and understand the different parts that make up YOU. It teaches you to hold space for all your parts and learn what they need to heal. I help my clients connect with their higher Self and their aligned purpose so they can live life from a place of deep inner connection and authenticity. My training as a Reiki Master-Teacher helps me view you as a whole person and understand how your mental health impacts you energetically.

Becca Morris Practice Description
All humans are made of many parts. Some of our parts we show proudly, while others we hide out of fear of judgment, rejection, or abandonment. I specialize in working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, unhealed trauma, women's mental health, or LGBTQ+ concerns to reconnect with their hidden parts and help those parts heal. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming provider, welcoming clients of all identities and orientations. I am a holistic and non-religious therapist, that’s also a little bit (or a lotta bit) woo. I am a Reiki Master-Teacher and offer Integrated Therapy + Reiki sessions at my office in Augusta, GA. Learn more on my website: https://www.inspiredlightcounseling.com
