I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that helps people handle behavioral, emotional, and addiction problems with a great deal of experience in working with all of them. I do both individual and family counseling to help people and families achieve greater success in life. I have worked with children as young as 5 and people as old as 85 all to bring about healing in their lives. I have heard people wonder if they are overreacting in coming to counseling for issues they think may be minor. No problem is minor if it disturbs us and affects out ability to function or enjoy life to its fullest. Counseling is about finding ways to better handle the challenges and struggles we encounter in life and learning the skills to prepare for future hardships that are part of everyone's experience,
