Healing our past & tending to the unhealthy parts of our Self takes us there. I help people get there by providing insight and guidance -in less time than one might think. I teach people to find this guidance within themselves. Exploring past wounds that inhibit or working on Current issues that are painful,can lead to more full-filling, joyous lives. In a non-judgmental environment, I accompany clients on their discovery to their Best Self. I commonly hear that clients feel comfortable with me. I see clients with a variety of issues. Past issues such as childhood trauma or loss or current issues such as grief-work, parenting, pregnancy,and couple's communication are examples. I am proactive, using a combination of effective modalities. I feel honored to witness my Clients getting happier and their lives improving. I have been passionately working with adults, couples, children, teens and families with a variety of issues for 20+ years.
