Located in Central Texas, the 33-acre Cedar Crest Hospital and Residential Treatment Center in Belton offers high-quality behavioral healthcare and support services. We are committed to being a leader in Texas for providing evidence-based, quality behavioral healthcare for children, teens, adults, and older adults and their families in a safe, supportive environment. We offer a variety of mental health and chemical dependency programs for each person who comes to us for help. Our Inpatient Hospital Program provides psychiatric inpatient treatment designed to stabilize an immediate crisis. We provide patients of all ages and their families with the skills to prevent future crises. The Legacy Adult Chemical Dependency Program provides intensive inpatient care designed for adults who are chemically dependent upon drugs or alcohol. Centered around the 12-step model for recovery, we teach those who come to us the skills needed to prevent relapse and cope with stressors in a positive fashion. The Residential Treatment Center (RTC) for Adolescents provides a compassionate, comfortable living space much like a home environment. Our RTC program is designed for adolescents who are struggling with a multitude of challenges in a serene atmosphere conducive to healing and recovery. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a therapeutic day treatment program designed for children and adolescents who are struggling. We provide group counseling and help youths learn important life skills and coping strategies in order to be successful in school, at home, and in the community. For 25 years, Cedar Crest Hospital has continued to grow and provide a range of treatment for chemical dependency and mental health conditions for children, adolescents, adults, and senior adults.
