I treat individual adults, couples and families using a variety of modalities and individualized interventions based on each client's needs, goals and strengths. I collaborate with my clients to define specific goals and track progress toward these goals throughout the course of therapy using a systemic and holistic approach. I strive to help clients shift behavioral and relationship patterns and set boundaries that promote improved health and wellbeing across all areas of life. My goal is for every client I work with to feel safe to take risks session and experience measurable growth and change in their lives outside of sessions.
