I’m deeply committed to helping clients break through relational challenges and find empowerment. Clients often say I bring empathy, curiosity, and a relentless optimism to each session.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is my method of choice because it’s transformative. The research behind it impressed me, but witnessing it in action convinced me. These are not just therapeutic moments—they’re deep, soul-level shifts. When clients open up about their true emotions and needs, they start to experience real change through emotionally corrective experiences.

Treatment Approach
- Adlerian
- Emotionally Focused (EFT)
- Person-Centered
Approach Description: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is based on the understanding that our need for attachment is interwoven into many interactions. Connection to others is not a vulnerability but one of our greatest assets. Through a secure and loving bond, we sense that we are safe and everything is okay. Take it away and we experience reactivity or withdrawal that often ignites deadly spirals of attack and defend. In EFT, we work to identify and understand the underlying emotions driving your behaviors and relational patterns. Together, we’ll explore how these emotions impact your relationships and personal well-being, allowing you to break free from negative cycles and build deeper, more meaningful connections.

My office is a place where you’re heard and valued. I have a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples move beyond relational challenges and life struggles to find genuine connection and personal growth. I work with clients to foster emotional bonds, heal old wounds, and create lasting change in their lives.
My Approach
As a therapist, I am focused on helping my clients feel empowered. Clients describe me as someone who is genuinely empathetic, forever curious, and militantly optimistic. I take pride in being a kind and caring ambassador of hope.
At the core of my practice is Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach couched in the idea that the hidden force at work in our lives is our desire for connection. EFT is highly effective for individuals and couples struggling with relational distress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. The scientific backing of EFT drew me to it, but seeing the life-changing impact it has had on my clients solidified my belief in its power. I’ve watched as clients move from feeling stuck and isolated to rediscovering hope and connection in their relationships and within themselves.
The true work happens when we recognize the unhelpful habits people unintentionally fall into. During our sessions, we’ll go beneath the surface and instead focus on uncovering the wounds that continue to cause distress. Together, we’ll discover the "relational traps" that keep hurting you and work through them in a meaningful way. It’s not just about learning new skills—it’s about creating emotionally corrective experiences that transform how you relate to yourself and others.
What You Can Expect
When you work with me, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can fully express your thoughts, feelings, and fears. I believe in the power of vulnerability and encourage my clients to share their underlying emotions and needs. It’s in this sharing that change happens. You’ll begin to recognize how your thoughts and feelings shape your relationships and behaviors.
Clients often experience profound "a-ha" moments in our sessions—times when they connect with parts of themselves they hadn’t realized were affecting them. This process is not only empowering, but it leads to lasting change.
I specialize in working with:
-Couples who feel disconnected or stuck in negative patterns
-Individuals struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or navigating major life transitions
-Those considering separation or trying to heal after a relationship ends
-Those looking for deeper connection with loved ones and personal growth
Whether you’re struggling with a specific relational issue or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to help. The clients I work with are often looking for more than just quick solutions; they want to understand themselves and their relationships on a deeper level. They’re ready to do the emotional work that leads to meaningful, sustainable change.
How We’ll Work Together
Our sessions will be collaborative. While I’ll guide and support you, the real work happens through your openness to explore and engage. I’m here to ask the hard questions, offer insights, and help you navigate the tough parts of the process, but you are the expert on your own life. Together, we’ll co-create a path toward healing and growth.
I approach therapy with a balance of seriousness and playfulness (when appropriate). While the work we do is deeply important, I also believe in the power of lightness, humor, and curiosity to help you feel safe and engaged in the process. Therapy doesn’t have to be daunting. In fact, many of my clients find it to be a refreshing, insightful, and even enjoyable part of their week.
Why Choose Me?
I’m passionate about what I do, and I care deeply about each client’s journey. My training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, combined with my genuine curiosity about human behavior and my optimistic outlook, enable me to create an environment where change feels possible. I see therapy as a space for you to step into a new place of possibility, free from judgment or pressure. I’m here to hold hope for you, even when you can’t hold it for yourself.
