I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Parts and Memory therapy which can be used in a collaborative process to help you reach your goals. EMDR is a trauma based therapy that I primarily use in facilitation to assist you in reaching your therapy goals. I view the client in a holistic manner and provide individual, couples therapy, group counseling, and teletherapy via online video based on the individuals needs.
