I strive to offer personalized support to all my patients. I am trained to specialize in working with traumatic disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder. I have also chosen to specialize in biofeedback/neurofeedback modalities to support further healing. These interventions support greater control over our stress systems to make our lives more effective. In my practice, I provide individual sessions to individuals, couples, professional supervision, and biofeedback.

Treatment Approach
- Adlerian Therapy Focuses on understanding a person’s sense of belonging and purpose. It helps people overcome feelings of inferiority and create healthier relationships.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Psychoanalytic Therapy Based on Freud’s theories, it explores unconscious conflicts and past experiences. It seeks to bring hidden issues into awareness.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
