My philosophy is to treat people the way I would want my family or myself treated. I don't like that feeling of being rushed through an appointment and don't want anyone to feel that way with me. I believe laughter can be healing, so when appropriate, I like to infuse some humor into situations. I want you to know that your ideas and thoughts matter. Together we can tackle whatever the issue is. When working with children and teens, involving the parents as much as possible is crucial. Children and teens have a right to privacy, but keeping parents in the dark under the guise of confidentiality does not make for the best care, especially when prescribing medication.
My core values of honesty, integrity, wisdom, and compassion guide my life and my practice. Approaching people with honesty and compassion helps them listen to their own inner wisdom so they can live their lives with integrity and authenticity.
