I am dedicated to providing compassionate psychotherapy to individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. I create a warm and understanding environment where clients can feel supported while working to overcome obstacles that prevent them from reaching their goals and dreams. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and Level 2, and a Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader. I hold certifications in trauma and sex therapy. Additionally, I am an experienced 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500). I strive to ensure that my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate their healing journey.
