As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that the quality of our lives is defined by the quality of our relationships. As a Christian, I believe that God has created us to be in relationships with Him and others. I love empowering clients to live out their faith authentically by aligning their behaviors with their beliefs—creating a life of holistic wholeness and emotional health. I’m here to help you move past surface-level misunderstandings and build a foundation of deep, authentic connection. Whether you’re looking to heal a betrayal of trust, navigate the complexities of parenting, or simply communicate more clearly at work, we will work together to develop the tools you need. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create lasting bonds in every area of your life.

Treatment Approach
- Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Family Systems Therapy Looks at problems within the context of the family as a whole. It aims to improve communication and balance in family relationships.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: I help my clients find the hope they need to start improving their lives today. My sessions are solution-oriented, drawing on mindfulness and evidence-based therapies like CBT, EFT, and Gottman methods. To give couples the best start or a fresh beginning, I utilize the Gottman Relationship Check-Up for marriages and the Prepare/Enrich assessment for pre-marital counseling.
