I start with a 30-minute free consultation to determine your main goals and see if we are a good fit. Establishing an Emotional Intelligence Baseline is next followed by a personality type assessment. Now that you have a detailed understanding of yourself we are able to plan achieving your goals in more detail. If your goal is a new career or improving your current career, the Strong Interest Inventory Assessment can provide extensive insight into a person's interests to consider potential careers, advancement in the current career, or new careers and the educational path to get there. After the assessments, we enter into the coaching phase. The main method I use is the Co-Active Coaching Method. This method works with business, leadership, Career, and Life coaching by examining the whole person and their environment. The four cornerstones of this method are: 1. People are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, 2. People Dance in this moment, 3. Evoke Transformation, 4. Focus on the whole person. We implement these cornerstones through a partnership of listening, intuition, curiosity, Deepening/Forwarding, and self-management combined to offer fulfillment of goals, balance of life, and development of a process to meet your goals. We offer the Play Attention neurofeedback system for individuals whose goals include increased concentration, memory, impulse control, and stamina. The system consists of a series of video games. Each game has two goals. The first is improving focus on the task at hand, and the second is game-specific. I work with a group of Psychologists, Professional licensed therapists, Professional licensed social Workers, Certified Massage Therapists, and Interns who can help with other goals not associated with Life Coaching.
