As an experienced psychologist with over 20 years of experience, it is my honor to assist individuals and/or families in working towards your journey to psychological wellness so you can move toward a healthy, fulfilling life. At the heart of my practice is a dedication to helping both individuals and/or families to learn tools, heal, and grow. Great emphasis is placed on building a trustworthy relationship and providing compassionate care so individuals can identify and change maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, problem-solve through challenging situations, and learn tools to help them cope. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is often utilized, strategies are tailored to meet each individual's unique needs and desires. I look forward to providing guidance and support every step of the way on your journey to wellness so you can learn action-oriented tools to help you and/or your family create effective change and become the best version you are meant to be. Please call for a free consultation today to see if we would work well together and I can meet your needs.

Treatment Approach

  • Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
  • Christian Counseling Blends psychological practices with Christian values and scripture. It provides faith-based support for life challenges and spiritual growth.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) An evidence-based treatment for PTSD that teaches clients to reframe unhelpful thoughts about trauma. It helps reduce guilt, shame, and fear.
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
  • Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
