I have had a private women’s practice for the past 15 years. I am a parent and a native to the Westchester/Fairfield community. I work exclusively with women ages 18 and older. I understand the pressures women face today and the many life transitions women go through from the college to career, city life to suburbia, postpartum to menopause. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, infidelity/divorce, fertility/postpartum, menopause, and work/family balance. I try to supportive but directive in my approach, and help clients navigate their lives to feel more in control and optimistic of their future,

My practice specializes in women’s issues. I work with women 18 years and older who are dealing with a myriad of life events and stressors. Common issues include, but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, fertility, postpartum, menopause, divorce, work-family balance, and family conflict. I like to create an atmosphere for my clients that feels comforting and supportive, yet I am directive in my approach to enable them to come up with meaningful ways to make changes in their life. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, which is traditional talk therapy, but I do integrate cognitive and behavioral strategies.
