At the Duncansville Comprehensive Treatment Center, we use a holistic approach when it comes to treating opioid addiction. Our team of professionals works to identify the underlying causes of addiction, as well as the physical and psychological components that contribute to the disease. Our opioid addiction treatment services include medication-assisted treatment, counseling, and support services. Our medication-assisted treatment includes the use of FDA-approved medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone to help ease cravings and withdrawal symptoms. In addition, we use evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help our patients develop the skills and strategies they need to make lasting changes in their lives.
