My life mission has been to understand the many ways in which this unconscious mind of our controls our lives, typically without our even being aware of it. And, most importantly, what to do about it.
I was probably motivated mostly by the desire to take back my own power but that desire has also helped me to discover many ways in which I'm able to help the many people who come to me for help take back their own power as well. The power to choose the kind of life they want for their own selves.
