I use the Internal Family Systems model (more info: ifs-institute.com) and Imago therapy for couples. I use the resources of clients' spirituality, however, they experience it. I listen carefully and quietly, checking often to see if the clients feel heard, witnessed, and understood. My interventions strive always for greater healing, eventually transformation.
