With the onset of the pandemic, I moved my practice online. I have decided to continue offering services in this manner only. Sessions are 45 minutes long. First session one hour. The number of future sessions required is determined by client progress. The methods I use in therapy are chosen based on what your needs are. No two people are the same. Your story is my guide.
