I offer an approach that is trauma-informed and holistic, and grounded in bodily autonomy, liberation, and anti-racism. I am particularly dedicated to those who have been excluded from mainstream therapeutic spaces.
I offer talk therapy, EMDR, DBT, IFS, grief counseling, somatic approaches, and harm reduction counseling, as well as treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, and body dysmorphic disorder. I provide letters of support for gender affirming care, and for asylum, VAWA, and T-Visas.
