Hello and Welcome.. I am a PsychoSpiritual Counselor which means that I think that what you believe about who you are and what you are capable of is very important in your finding a path to work through situations and live your life in an optimal way. SPIRITUALITY is about being connected…about caring ..about not abusing or being abused. Mental health involves learning to be honest with ourselves and others. I have had training in pastoral counseling as well as a master's degree in social work. I am supportive of people who may or may not be religiously affiliated ..who are interested in becoming more in harmony with themselves and others. My style is interactive.

Treatment Approach
- Biopsychosocial Therapy Takes into account biological, psychological, and social factors in understanding mental health. It looks at the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Hypnotherapy Uses guided relaxation and focus to access the subconscious mind. It is often used for habits, anxiety, and pain management.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Self Psychology Explores the development of self-esteem and identity. It emphasizes the importance of empathy in healing.
Approach Description: I am eclectic and am interested in understanding what works for you so that you can better understand the choices you do or do not make. I believe in educating my clients so they can have a bigger picture and more options in understanding their situations. I am a very good listener and am interactive and I may suggest books or journaling or other excercises. I try to be transparent and respect that you are the ultimate authority over your life.

I work with adults, in person, who are making personal and/or professional changes in their lives. I am experienced working with people concerned about trauma, grief, codependency, substance use, abuse, anxiety and workplace issues. I also work with clients who are simply not sure of what the "problem" is but are looking for something they think is "missing" to make their life more comfortable or complete. I have worked in corporate settings for many years and understand the pressures and reality of the workplace balanced with the need to be in harmony with one's values and dreams. Sometimes in this busy world, people just need a safe place to hear themselves think, and I can offer that too.
