I'm a committed and experienced psychotherapist that is uncompromising with my quest to help my clients heal their own trauma and attachment wounds. I'm certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a somatic therapy, that uses the wisdom in the body to help heal trauma and attachment wounds. I'm also certified in Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment, a therapy model created by Janina Fisher, Phd, which blends Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
