I specialize in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, unhealthy relationships with food, and body image concerns. Additionally, I provide support for those experiencing prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum depression and anxiety, helping new and expectant parents navigate the emotional and physical challenges of this transition. Through parent coaching, I assist caregivers in building strong, healthy connections with their children while fostering confidence in their parenting journey. I also work with individuals managing anxiety and depression, helping them develop effective coping strategies and cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
Therapy is a journey of growth and self-discovery, but it can also feel overwhelming and intimidating. Having the right support can make all the difference. In my sessions, I help facilitate change by encouraging a positive outlook, fostering self-compassion, and guiding clients toward new perspectives and healthier coping strategies. With the right tools and professional guidance, you can regain control and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life.
