I’ve spent the last decade+ working with elite performers (athletes, professionals high achievers, and students) as they navigate mental health challenges in order to perform in all aspects of their lives. I specialize in working with substance use/addiction, eating disorders, and elite performers but work with individuals on a range of presenting concerns.
