Jessica Silsby, PsyD opened FYC in 2016 as a gender affirming private practice focusing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Our comprehensive program treats adults and teens. We can also provide support for siblings, parents, partners, children, and other loved ones of individuals through either gender exploration or mental health crisis. Folx ages 8+ are welcome! A thread through all we do incorporates our awareness of the impacts of trauma, culture, and stigma from society. Whether this is in gender identity or expression, of mental illness, or of both. DBT is innately phenomenological (client-centered perspective) and it is our hope that you will find this influence across the type of care that you receive.
